HISTORY

Desai Autocom Industries Pvt. Ltd. (DAIPL) was officially established in 1997, but its roots go back to 1980, giving the company over four decades of industry expertise. It all began with Proefficient Die Maker, the first of four companies jointly owned by the director. Proefficient Die Maker specialised in crafting high-precision dies for tools used in component manufacturing. Together, these companies gained invaluable experience by serving leading clients like Bajaj and Telco.

This extensive background laid a strong foundation for DAIPL. In 2016, DAIPL expanded its reach with the establishment of Marsun Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd., a sister concern catering to the roofing industry.

Today, DAIPL offers a diverse range of fabrication and manufacturing solutions, continuously expanding its capabilities and solidifying its reputation as a reliable name in precision engineering and fabrication.

1980: Founded as a proficient die maker along with 3 other companies catering to Bajaj and Telco.

1997: Re-established as DAIPL.

2007: Expanded to Plant II in Wagholi.

2016: Established Marsun Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. its sister concern.

2018: Entered the renewable energy market by developing Suzlon as a customer.

2024: Planned expansions to achieve new horizons and set market benchmarks.

2025-2026:
Expansion through technical collaborations.
Focus on manufacturing owned products and supplying to existing markets.
